THE PROMOTER

The Promoter is Swizzels Matlow Limited (‘Swizzels’), company number 00562269, whose registered office is at Carlton House, Albion Road, New Mills, High Peak, Derbyshire, SK22 3HA.

  • THE CAMPAIGN

2.1  The title of the campaign is ‘Love Hearts Secret Sender’.

  • HOW TO ENTER
    • Details of the nature of the promotion and how to participate are available at swizzels.com/lovehearts.com
    • Entries may be submitted by competing the form on swizzels.com/lovehearts.com/valentines-day
    • Submissions will require the details of the sender and the recipient.
      • Swizzels make sure that information is collected and stored in a way that does not infringe your right to privacy. For more information please visit our Privacy Policy at swizzels.com/privacy-policy
    • Personalisation on the roll can be up to 50 characters long.
      • Any offensive or explicit messages will be deleted and removed from this promotion.
      • Text size will reduce in size as more characters are used.
    • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.
    • Entries are limited to one per person.
      • If we suspect that someone is attempting to submit multiple orders from different email accounts, we will only accept the first order as genuine and reserve the right to cancel any/all orders.
    • A limited number of free personalised rolls are available in promotion. The entry page will state when the promotional rolls are out of stock.
    • By completing the submission form, the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    • Neither the Promoter nor it any of its employees, agents or representatives will be responsible for the non-receipt and or non-inclusion of entries in the competition as a result of being lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, or because of technical failures or otherwise, including such failure which is in the control of the Promoter or its employees, agents or representatives.
  • ELIGIBILITY
    • The competition is open to all residents of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, aged 16 years or over, except:
      • employees of the Promoter;
      • Anyone who is professionally connected with the competition or its administration;
      • members of the immediate families or households of the persons described in 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 above.
    • The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition, or affects the        administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition.
  • THE RECIPIENT WILL RECEIVE
    • The recipient will receive a parcel from Swizzels and contain 3 rolls of Love Hearts, one roll will be personalised with text from the sender. The sender will remain anonymous.
    • The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative is available.
  • SPOT PRIZES
    • Spot prizes of Love Hearts hampers and merchandise will be given to winners weekly throughout the campaign.

 

  • DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
    • Any personal data relating to promotion will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. You are providing your information to the Promoter.
    • The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at swizzels.com/privacy-policy.
  • GENERAL
    • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
    • The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition and galleries will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
