By entering the Promotion you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms and Conditions’) and that you consent to the processing of any personal details you submit by Co-op in accordance with its Privacy Policy www.coop.co.uk/terms/privacy-notice
- Eligibility:
This promotion is only open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over. We may ask the winner to provide proof of age.
- How to enter:
2.1. To enter in store, purchase any any Squashies Original 131g, Squashies Double Dip 120g, Squashies Strawberry and Cream 120g or Squashies Sour Cherry & Apple 131g and scan your Co-op Group membership card in a Co-operative Group Food store during the Promotion Period. Temporary membership card holders are automatically excluded from this promotion.
2.2 To enter online, participants must purchase any Squashies Original 131g, Squashies Double Dip 120g, Squashies Strawberry and Cream 120g or Squashies Sour Cherry & Apple 131g and fill in their Co-op Group membership card number at checkout during the Promotion Period at shop.coop.
2.3. Purchase necessary. Only one entry per shop (for multiple purchases, you must check out separately for each one, to receive multiple prize draw entries).

- Promotional Period:
The Promotional period will run from 00:00 UTC+01:00 on the 20/08/2025 and will finish on 23:59 UTC+01:00 on the 09/09/2025.
- Prizes:
4.1. The Prize consists of The Prize consists of 30 pairs of Co Op Live tickets
4.2. The Prize is as stated, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
4.3. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prizes are the responsibility of the Winners.
- Winner announcement/ Prize claim:
5.1. There will be 30 Winners in total.
5.2. The Winner of the Prize will be drawn by Co-op at random via a secure, automated independently verified computer system from all eligible entries. The Winner will be notified by Co-op via email within two (2) weeks of the end of the Promotional Period. Co-op will use the address registered on the winner’s Co-op membership account to notify them and the Winner will be asked to confirm that they consent to their name, telephone number and email address being shared with the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion and prize fulfilment. Once the Winner has replied and confirmed that they consent to the sharing of information, Co-op will pass the Winner’s name, telephone number and email address to the Promoter, so they can contact the winner to organise prize fulfilment. All personal data held will be subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy https://swizzels.com/privacy-policy/. If the Winner does not wish to consent, they may withdraw from the promotion by responding “opt-out” within 48 hours of receiving the notification email. A replacement winner will be selected if an opt-out request is received.
5.3. The Winner of the Prize must respond within two (2) business days of being notified by Co-op. If the Winner does not respond within such timeframe, then the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and Co-op shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
5.4. If a Winner rejects their Prize or the entry is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and Co-op shall be entitled to select another Winner.
5.5. Swizzels will contact winners to ask for their first, second, and third choices of shows they would like tickets for in 2025.
5.6. Swizzels will set a deadline for winners to respond with their choices.
5.7. Swizzels will send a list of winners (including first name, last name, and email address) along with their first, second, and third choices of shows in 2025.
5.8. Co-op Live will check event availability and allocate tickets to the winners using the provided email addresses. Co-op Live will have up to 4 weeks from receiving the list to allocate the tickets to the winners.
- Privacy and Data Protection:
6.1. Personal data received in the course of the Promotion will be used in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with Co-op’s Privacy Policy: www.coop.co.uk/terms/privacy-notice. By participating in the Promotion you consent to Co-op processing your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and notifying and advertising the winners.
- General:
7.1. The Promoter reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the Prize (or any element of it) become unavailable for any reason.
7.2. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of the Prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
7.3. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the Winners, including but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required or refuse to award a prize or to withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse participation in the Promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or has won using fraudulent means.
7.4. By entering the Promotion, you agree to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of the Prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
7.5. In all aspects of this Promotion the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the Promotion.
7.6 Co-operative Group Limited are not the Promoter. Co-operative Group Limited and any of its associated entities shall not be liable for any breaches of these terms and conditions by the Promoter.
7.7. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
