You will need:

• Two scoops of ice cream (your chose the flavour)
• Ice cream syrup
• 145g Squashies Sour Cherry and Apple Sweets (or which ever ones are your favourites)
• Two ice cream waffles

Method:

1. Place a handful of sweets into a bowl and melt in the microwave for 20 seconds until soft.Add a splash of boiling water and stir hard.
2. Scoop the ice cream and place into a bowl.
3. Place in the two waffles.
4. Drizzle over the melted sweets and the ice cream syrup.
5. Sprinkle over with sweets.
