Receptionist – Middlewich site
Hours: Monday-Friday: 7:00am-12:00pm.
Pay Rate: Competitive
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and new starters to site
- Control access to the site
- Patrol premises at least once per shift to prevent or detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows and gates
- If the fire alarm sounds, assist the fire marshals with the fire roll call by providing the list of people who haven’t left the building
- Processing bulk material deliveries
- Answer internal/external calls
- Assist with administrative tasks

Customer Collaboration Manager – New Mills site
Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm, Friday: 9:00am-4:30pm
Pay Grade: Competitive
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Customer, Commercial and Supply Chain teams Supporting Commercial colleagues with promotional forecasting, service level analysis and any stock and inbound queries.
- Be the interface between the Customer Supply Chain and the business.
- Ensure that a robust forecasting process is completed which drives forecast accuracy and allows input from both the Customer and the Commercial team.
- Facilitate and manage short term fluctuations in Demand through collaboration with customers and supply team
- Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process
- Track, review and publish promotional sales performance and promotional evaluations Track, review and action on shelf availability numbers
- Support and feed into the monthly S&OP process providing insight into forecast changes, performance versus budget and monthly phasing
Key Skills required:
- IT literate with experience of MS office applications.
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain principles.
- Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills. Comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Displays sound judgement in prioritisation of workload and decision making.
- Proactively seeks improved ways of working and adoption of best practice principles.
