Jacob makes me smile everyday, he is the kindest and bravest little boy I know and I love him so much. Jacob is 3 and has been through so much in his little life. He has been in and out of hospital with severe asthma since he was a baby and more recently on our dream holiday to Disneyland he ended up after only half a day having a potentially fatal asthma attack where he ended up in intensive care in France. He missed his dream holiday but at no point did he moan about it, he just gets on with things. After returning home from France a week later he became unwell again and ended up with pneumonia and back in high dependency in hospital over the Christmas period. Whilst in hospital this picture was captured of Jacob receiving a call from Father Christmas and it was a lovely magical moment. My little boy is so special and he deserves a special day and as his mummy I would love him to win.
