Swizzels are thrilled to collaborate with Bird & Blend on 4 special blends of Swizzels inspired tea as part of our 95th Birthday.

These teas are delicious hot but can also be enjoyed as cold blends click below for inspiration. Bird & Blend have created Drumstick, Love Hearts, Refreshers and Parma Violets inspired tea that can be drank hot or as a cold brew.

Give our Drumstick Cold Brew a go…
Ingredients:
2 tea bags of Drumstick tea, 100ml water, Pineapple juice, Lemon-lime soda or sparkling water, Ice cubes, Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish (optional).
Instructions:
Cold brew the Love Hearts tea in cold water for a minimum of 4 hours (or we pop it in the fridge overnight!)
When ready, strain the tea and fill a glass with ice cubes Pour the cold-brewed tea two-thirds full in the glass. Add the pineapple juice to the glass.
Top it off with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water. Gently stir to mix the flavours.
Garnish with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for a tropical touch.
Serve and enjoy!

How about trying our Love Hearts Cold Brew…
Ingredients:
2 tea bags of Love Hearts tea, A Cold Brew Bottle (if you don’t have one of these, you can use a jug), 100ml water, Lemonade, Strawberry syrup, Ice cubes, Raspberries & Love Hearts , Sweets for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Cold brew the Love Hearts tea in cold water for a minimum of 4 hours (or we pop it in the fridge overnight!)
When ready, strain the tea and fill a glass with ice cubes
Add a pump of strawberry syrup
Pour cold-brewed tea two-thirds full in the glass
Top it off with lemonade for a little sweet fizz
Garnish with raspberries & Love Hearts sweets
Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 tea bags of Refreshers tea, A Cold Brew Bottle (if you don’t have one of these, you can use a jug), 100ml water, Cream soda, Ice cubes, Refreshers sweets & edible glitter for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Cold brew the Love Hearts tea in cold water for a minimum of 4 hours (or we pop it in the fridge overnight!)
When ready, strain the tea and fill a glass with ice cubes
Pour cold-brewed tea two-thirds full in the glass
Top it off with cream soda to give that creamy, zingy taste
Garnish with some refreshers sweets & a dash of edible glitter
Serve and enjoy!

Give our Parma Violets Cold Brew a go…
Ingredients:
2 tea bags of Parma Violets tea, A Cold Brew Bottle (if you don’t have one of these, you can use a jug), 100ml water, Sparkling water, Lemon syrup, Ice cubes, Fresh violet petals or edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Cold brew the Love Hearts tea in cold water for a minimum of 4 hours (or we pop it in the fridge overnight!)
When ready, strain the tea and fill a glass with ice cubes
Pour cold-brewed tea two-thirds full in the glass
Top it off with lemonade for a little carbonation
We like to add a pump of lemon syrup to give a little tart sweetness, but this is optional!
Garnish with lemon slices and Love Hearts sweets
Serve and enjoy!
