Drumstick Squashies Crispy Cakes

These are great for getting the children involved with cooking, they are so easy to make!

Makes 12 – 15 individual crispy cakes

Preparation time: 15 minutes


  • 160g Bag of Drumstick Original Squashies Raspberry & Milk, cut into 6’s
  • 100g Rice crispies
  • 65g Butter
  • 65g Golden syrup

Sugar strands to decorate

1 – 2 bun trays, each with a paper case


  1. In a large pan melt the butter and golden syrup together until well blended.
  2. Add the cut Squashies to the pan followed by the rice crispies’ mix and combine together. Heat gently until the Squashies ONLY begin to melt then remove from the heat.
  3. Using 2 dessert spoons, fill the paper cases in the bun tray with the mixture. Allow to cool and before serving top with sprinkles.
