Drumstick Squashies Crispy Cakes
These are great for getting the children involved with cooking, they are so easy to make!
Makes 12 – 15 individual crispy cakes
Preparation time: 15 minutes
- 160g Bag of Drumstick Original Squashies Raspberry & Milk, cut into 6’s
- 100g Rice crispies
- 65g Butter
- 65g Golden syrup
Sugar strands to decorate
1 – 2 bun trays, each with a paper case
- In a large pan melt the butter and golden syrup together until well blended.
- Add the cut Squashies to the pan followed by the rice crispies’ mix and combine together. Heat gently until the Squashies ONLY begin to melt then remove from the heat.
- Using 2 dessert spoons, fill the paper cases in the bun tray with the mixture. Allow to cool and before serving top with sprinkles.
