Squashies were invented in 2012 by taking some of your favourite Swizzels flavours and creating uniquely soft and foamy, deliciously moreish sweets. Since then we have added more and more fantastic flavours in the range to help bring joy and fun to the everyday.

Squashies Summer Squashathon Competition T&CS

UK & ROI, 16+ only. Promotion Period: 01.07.21 to 31.08.21. Promotion is a prize draw; no skill is required. No purchase necessary. Take part in our Squashies Summer Squashathon competition, every day throughout July and August.

  2. Employees of Swizzels Matlow Limited or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  3. The competition is open to residents of UK, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
  4. Entrants must be 16 years old and above.
  1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  1. Closing date for entry to the Squashies Summer Squashathon competition is Tuesday 31st August 2021.

  1. We will not accept competition entries that are:
    1. Automatically generated by computer, macros or other automated means;
    2. Completed by third parties, trade or consumer group and/or in bulk;
    3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
    4. copies and not originals; or incomplete.
  2. Entries by all 3 methods will be selected at random by the promoter from one of those channels.

        1. There are 61 prizes available allocated as one per day between 01.07-21 – 31.08.21. Entrants are permitted to comment on any day’s post up until their date of entry and will be entered into the draw for that day’s prize. Anyone entering between 01.07-21 – 31.08.21 can post on any day’s entry. Entries onto each day’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram posts will be combined and entered into a prize draw for that day’s prize as stated below;

  5. All prizes must be booked through the prize provider and are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual supplier. All prizes are subject to availability.
  6. The prizes in whole or in part are non-transferable.
  1. The daily winners will be contacted within 1 day by direct message on social media. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  2. Any entry will be forfeited if the promoter cannot view the entry image due to the Social Media profile being set to private.
  3. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  5. Delivery of prizes could be between 14 days – 28days before they are sent out to winners.
  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.     2. In any event, liability of the Promoter is limited to the maximum value of £1,000.
