Squashies were invented in 2012 by taking some of your favourite Swizzels flavours and creating uniquely soft and foamy, deliciously moreish sweets. Since then we have added more and more fantastic flavours in the range to help bring joy and fun to the everyday.

  17. Entries will be selected at random by the promoter.
  18. The winner will be contacted within 1 day of competition closing by email or telephone. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner
  19. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  20. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  21. Delivery of Swizzes bundle could be between 14 days – 28days before they are sent out to winners.
  22. If any of the items are not available, we reserve the right to replace with another item of the same or higher value.

22.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

22.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. All entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

22.2 In any event, liability of the Promoter is limited to the maximum value of £1,000.

22.3 The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred by winners in the redemption of any of the Prizes.

22.4 Neither the Promoter, its employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any of the following:

(a) Any incorrect or inaccurate entry made;

(b) Any system failures on any of the websites or platforms being utilised to run the Competition;

(c) Any third party’s failure to fulfil its obligations under these Terms and Conditions; and

Squashies Summer competition T&Cs

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter the weekly Squashies summer competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to abide by them.

    2. Week 2 (Friday 19th July) – Minions. Prizes are Minions merchandise and Minions Squashies, Tropical Chews, Tropical Fizz and Minions Dip
    3. Week 3 (Friday 26th July) – BBQ. Portable Charcoal BBQ, a bucket, a timer, a tool set and our 6x core range of Squashies (Original, Sour Cherry & Apple, Rhubarb and Custard, Bubblegum, Strawberry & Cream and Minions).

  11. We will not accept competition entries that are:
