She was diagnosed with autism at the age of 14 and was unable to socialise or communicate very well in school. Her best friend was always our family dog, Jasper. This didn’t stop Bethany and she is now in college with a whole group of friends studying performing arts and has a lovely singing voice too! Jasper is still her bestest friend and here is the proud dog smiling for Bethany. I have never been so proud!
